What is the minimum amount of coffee that I can purchase?
One full bag of coffee in bulk, which can weigh anywhere from 50kg to 100kg depending on the country of origin.
What are the methods of payment?
Check, money order, wire transfer, credit card.
What information do I need to provide to order coffee?
We require your mailing and delivery address, contact names for ordering and accounts payable, email address and phone/fax numbers.
Do I have to fill out a credit application?
If you want to establish payment terms then a credit application must be filled out and signed.
Would I get excellent customer service even though I am a small roaster?
Yes! We value all our customers equally, regardless of volume.
What are the deadlines to order coffee?
Continental Terminals, Jersey City:
We must receive your order by 1:30pm CST for next day shipments.
The Annex, San Leandro:
We must receive your order by 11:30am CST for next day shipments.
Dupuy Storage, Houston:
We must receive your order by 2:30pm CST for next day shipments.

Yes, we offer a number price breaks from 1 bag to container loads. Our pricing is also based on contract execution and payment performance.
